They will meet or exceed the original factory standards and in many cases will have had improvements made to their original design. These upgrades are performed to help increase the life of the device and to aid in warding off future failures. Even so it should not be assumed that every possible circumstance has be accounted for. While every effort has been made to produce as perfect an example as possible minor cosmetic flaws should be expected. There might be some external scratches, blemishes, small dents or other non-relevant imperfections present that are consistent with a device that has had previous ownership.
